1. About & Acceptance

The Paddock is operated by Sebastian Schaaf. By using this service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Product Description

The Paddock offers digital cosmetic pixel art car skins for the 2026 F1 grid viewer. All items are purely digital products — no physical goods are shipped. Skins are one-time purchases that unlock alternate livery designs within the grid viewer.

3. Account & Credentials

You must create an account to purchase skins. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Misuse

You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Fraud, spam, or deceptive practices
• Intellectual property infringement
• Security interference, including malware distribution, probing, or scraping
• Any activity that disrupts or damages the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, documentation, branding, and pixel art designs within The Paddock are owned by Sebastian Schaaf or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased digital skins within the grid viewer. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell any content.

6. Service Level

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your purchased skins may no longer be accessible.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the total fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or data.
