We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital skin purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your transaction
- Follow the instructions to submit a refund request
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
After a Refund
Once a refund has been processed, the associated digital skin will be revoked from your account. You will no longer be able to equip or use the refunded skin in the grid viewer.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
